To support this growth, CNW sought a software solution that would meet the needs of their rapidly growing organisation. “We looked at a few systems before going with MomentumPro” said Brian Webb, Managing Director of CNW. Previously, if the customer didn’t want it, it would just sit on the shelf for years and lose total value because it was something we didn’t usually carry. Now, with MomentumPro, we attribute a special buy-in to a customer. If the customer changes their mind we know and can simply send the item back” according to Webb.
