“The product mix is such that we carry a wide variety
of replacement parts being supplied to a complex range of customers.
This mix ranges from torque converters in farm machinery to transmissions
in commercial and pleasure boats. We have roughly 8,000 – 9,000
stock items in approximately 30 different product groups,” says
Giles.

We have reduced our inventory levels over the last few years.
