Position:	Support Application Specialist
Location:	Melbourne and Brisbane

The Support Application Specialist is responsible for providing high quality telephone based support to Markinson customers.   This individual will receive a wide variety of support enquiries from the web site, by telephone, fax and email which they will be required to process and manage from receipt of enquiry through to closure.

Key competencies of the successful individual will include exceptional customer focus, dedication, tenacity and the ability to work as part of a team.  Tertiary qualified with experience within the IT / software environment, this individual will pro-actively work to improve customer experiences at Markinson.
