A thriving business wasn’t all good news for expanding home wares and furniture retailer Provincial Home Living. With four regional outlets, two metropolitan, and a further thirteen stores to open within the next two years, the business needed a true multi-site retail management system. Their incumbent software, whilst well-known, was simply not up to the job, and it was costing them.

Moreover, with the more mature aged staff for which computers can be daunting, to find them using the system confidently within a day is a blessing. ‘They’re not flustered. And at the end of the day, I’m not putting out fires.’
