We store most information about you in computer systems and databases (including cloud service providers) operated by either us or our external service providers. No information about you is recorded in paper files and physical storage

(c) we need to share it with data processors to operate our business and provide products and services to our customers for your benefit;

(e) we have shared it with our other subsidiary companies and related companies located overseas as part of delivering products and services to our customers for your benefit.
If the ownership or control of all or part of our business changes, we may transfer Personal Information we hold to the new owner.

DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OVERSEAS RECIPIENTS?
We may disclose your Personal Information to recipients which are located overseas.
Those recipients are likely to be our staff in our related companies, our overseas contractors, and consultants. These overseas recipients are located around the world, but the ones who will primarily have access to your Personal Information are located in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, United States of America and Singapore.
WHERE IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED?
The Markinson business is located in Australia or New Zealand, but our partner providers (such as Amazon Web Services) are located in multiple countries. Depending on the scope of your interactions with us or our customers your Personal Information maybe stored in (and possibly accessed from) other countries, including the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada. Whenever we transfer Personal Information to another jurisdiction, we will ensure the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws.
DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR MARKETING?
We may use your Personal Information to offer you products we believe may interest you, but we will not do so if you tell us not to. These products may be offered by us, [our related companies, our other business partners or our service providers.]
